I offer my deep condolences and prayers for all the people including their families and friends who have suffered by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
As a member of Okidata group under OKI, our company has been running development, manufacturing and sales of LED printhead that is core component of LED printer since October 1999.
It has been a year since we moved our factory and HQ from Hachioji area, the firm's foundation base, to Takasaki area on March 2010. In the last year, we have been smoothly operating our factory by receiving guidance and support from our customers, local residents, neighbouring companies, administrative and public institutions of prefecture and city.
I deeply appreciate those who have been offering their continuous guidance and support to our company.
We practice its corporate philosophy of "provide our customers with a product that can satisfy them using our original technologies, bring happiness to our employees through a business growth, and continue to be a contributor to the stockholders and the society, and aims to be a maker of creation, based on its original technologies." We also place great values on satisfaction of our customers and continuous contribution to the society by using our creative and unique technologies. I make daily effort with the belief that the realization of our happiness and the driving power of contribution to the stockholders and the society are originated in actions such as to keep challenging to become the world's number one, to hold the passion in fulfillment of such dream, and to create the company by ourselves where we can feel the accomplishment and growth.
Ever since we have succeeded in the world's first practical realization of Epi Film Bonding (EFB) technology in which thin semiconductor films are released and bonded on dissimilar materials into LED printhead, we have challenged ourselves in production of new LED printhead as well as in developing new products using EFB technology.
We will keep challenging ourselves along with our customers to develop unique technologies and to produce new products which have never been created before.
