What is "Epitaxial Film Bonding technology" that OKI Digital Imaging developed?

This is a technology that bonds a semiconductor material made into think film onto a different material at a normal temperature without adhesive; it is bonded by use of an intermolecular force between the materials while utilizing our original nanotechnology for manufacturing, which enabled us to mass produce for the first time in the world the new device that unites a light emitting device and a driver IC.
With this technology in use, we brought to market a high-productivity, compact LED printheads.
