Influence regarding flood damage in Thailand.

  1. About damage condition

OKI Data Manufacturing (Thailand), LED Print head mass production plant of OKI Digital Imaging, which is located in Rojana Industrial Park, central Ayutthaya, Thailand, has stopped its operation by complying with the evacuation directive instructed by Ayutthaya prefectural governor since afternoon of October 6th, but the level of water has been dramatically rising since October 10th, and the buildings were flooded.
There was not any human damage reported; however, the damage of manufacturing devices seems extensive even though we have not been able to fully grasp the detailed damage situation of the factory.

  2. About future correspondence

From the present situation, we anticipate that a considerable period of time will be needed to restart the production in OKI Data Manufacturing (Thailand).
To minimize the influence to the customers, we are considering the shipment from our stock, and the alternative production at other factories.
